went to this business on Friday to look at garage doors. picked out the
door that I wanted. steve said that he would have the door ordered & it should be
inhouse in a week. well, I was shocked when steve called later that same day to
tell me that he had the door in & could install it on Tuesday. sure enough, an
installer (dave) came out on Tuesday an did an amazing job on my new door.
the workmanship was excellent & my wife and I are extremely pleased.

Made a call to this business a few months ago to get a price quote on fixing our garage door. Got through after 2 tries.
We’ve now been calling them to try to schedule the work for THREE MONTHS and never get an answer to messages left. My husband has called three times and left messages, and I have called four times. The phone rings and rings, you get a polite-​sounding message, but no follow-​up to messages you leave. I give up.
Moving on to another business; obviously these people don’t want our money. It’s a shame because we live very close to their company address, the price was right, and we love to support small local businesses.
