No Limit Auto

I live in Virginia Beach. This place is in Yorktown. What a drive. But so worth it. Today’s visit was simple, an oil change. But why this visit went so well was the conversation I had with Chris (one of the owners) after all the work was done. It was about the possible purchase of another vehicle, his advice, tips, what brands are best for longevity, price, etc. In the end, I walked away knowing something that I didn’t know before. Apparently, because of the military car prices are somewhat inflated in our area. Simply put, flying out of the area and purchasing a car may be worth the cost savings. Of course, the options are greatly expanded… duh. Such great advice as I consider this next purchase. Well played and much appreciated!
Oh yeah, solid customer service today. For folks like me that hang out in the waiting room on my laptop, we certainly appreciate the TV dinner tables brought in to make our work/​waiting experience more comfortable.

Well I took my husbands car here to get some things done to it that it had been needing and it was actually cheaper than what I was told at other places. Because of that I also decided to get the bumper repainted, it was looking pretty bad. They were a day later than when it would’ve been ready but it all turned out fine and the bumper looks great now!

The staff here was very knowledgeable and tried to help in any way possible. I was really impressed with the customer service. Few places today seem like they really care about the customer. No Limit Auto really seems to want to make a difference.

I first came here some time ago with my beat up old Honda for my state inspection. No problem. It passed, I was dressed like a hobo so I looked poor. I gave them their $ 16, they gave me my sticker and then I left.
A few months later I came back with our newish Toyota and I was dressed for work in business clothes and suddenly our Toyota failed its inspection and they needed to order hundreds of dollars of parts and I needed new tires etc. etc. The bill was quickly adding up and they were pushing me to agree (they had to order the parts quickly if they were going to arrive in time, and they weren’t available anywhere else etc. etc.).
I didn’t agree to the work– I told them I’d call them back after speaking with my husband. I was really surprised that a 2 year old Toyota would be having so many problems but figured that maybe it was falling apart because we did drive it quite a bit. I took the car to another shop up the road that doesn’t do inspections and asked them to fix the problems cited here at No Limit. I was ready to pay them good money to fix my supposedly leaking shocks. They looked at the shocks and told me they couldn’t help me because they weren’t leaking and told me to go to the dealership for my inspection instead, which I did. I passed my inspection there without a single hiccup. Avoid this place at all costs. It’ll save you big bucks.

Great service at prices that beat any dealership. Very happy with the work they did on our Audi.
