Where do I start? This goes into the top five worst experiences of my 23 years being alive. I simply needed a document scanned and emailed. That simple task took 40 minutes for the incompetent individual to manage to accomplish. You may be asking yourself, «What could possibly take so long to do this simple task?» Well the brain dead lady spelled the word property, «prorerty» within the email. The funniest part is that the email was written down on a piece of paper and she didn’t even catch the error. I’d still be standing there staring at her if I didn’t demand to go behind the desk and look at how she was spelling it. It doesn’t end there though. After I corrected her error she said the email didn’t send. After 15 minutes of her walking around doing anything but trying to figure out what the issue you was, I asked her if she refreshed her email… she didn’t know she had to do that. I completely understand why she has these signs by her desk, since these errors must occur on a daily occasion. A trained monkey could do her job better.
