Twice-​loved books was (note the past tense) the best bookstore I have ever had the fortune to stumble into. Housed in a beautiful old house filling three floors with used books, that great old-​book smell, and the occasional cat.
Sadly this business has been closed for years and the area is much poorer for it. Losing this bookstore feels almost like the loss of Idora park as far as the character of the area goes.
