Way understaffed, huge turnover. Need more than warm bodies to sell auto parts, I feel bad for the kids in there, they just have no idea what they are doing. I have visited this store for years and tonight frustrated enough to give 2 stars.

When it comes to buying auto parts and accessories, O’Reilly Auto Parts stores are my number one choice. Formerly Murray’s Auto Store, the chain was bought out by O’Reilly’s well over a year ago. The store located on East Michigan Avenue is Ypsilanti, has only been open now for three years and is very modern on the inside. Moreover, the staff at this store are very friendly and knowledgeable, and will help you find what you’re looking for in a hurry. I highly recommend Murray’s over the other auto stores in the area. They are clearly the best, and carry a very broad inventory of items.
