I’m Kevin Brown, the owner and operator of Ace carpet cleaning and Window Washing Service. Working alongside my father who operated a professional carpet cleaning business, I have been involved with this industry most of my life. The exposure to all aspects of my fathers business has given me a great passion for professional cleaning and restoration and prompted me to establish Ace Carpet Cleaning and Window Washing Service in 1999. In an effort to further my expertise and knowledge, I have completed many educational courses offered through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). I always strive to stay up to date with new technologies and advances in the industry.

I take great pride in my work and have the experience and knowledge that you can count on. I guarantee that I will put 110 percent effort into making sure you are completely satisfied with the work performed. It is my goal to provide the highest quality of carpet care in the area.

Really happy with the customer service. My regular cleaner has gotten flakey after 6 years. I called Ace after reading these reviews. They were able to schedule me on super short notice. Excellent work! Carpet looks brand new again. They didn’t just rush over the carpet. As great of a job as they did, I still believe the customer service aspect is what will keep me as a repeat customer. That’s what I love about supporting local small business persons. Kevin took the time to explain things that gave me confidence in his abilities. He listened and understood what was important to me, then followed through by providing the proof in his finished product! Thanks ACE!

I am pleased to provide a 5 star review. Kevin is very responsive and customer friendly. I had him go out to my rental property to look at some carpet that needed cleaning. The tenants really messed it up good. Kevin advised that due to overall condition, I would be better off replacing the carpet. He recommended a good place to call that he regularly does business with. I called them and they took good care of me, got me what I wanted. Kevin would not accept payment from me, even though it was offered. Time is money, but Kevin just wanted to help and would not take any money from me for his valuable time. Class act. Thank you Kevin!

They cleaned my windows today and did a fabulous job for a very fair price. My 2 living room windows had some hard water stain and they got them sparkling clean. The price I was quoted over the phone was what they charged — even though I was expecting they might bump the price once they saw my windows because they hadn’t been professionally cleaned in several years. Will definitely have them come every year!

Timely, Efficient, Courteous. I wasn’t expecting miracles as my carpet was 5 – 6 years old. I was Greatly surprised at how well the carpets turned out. Clean, fresh smelling, and when they were done the carpet looked like new. the deodorant was worth the extra cost. I will definitely refer their services. I will be using them again as I understand they also clean tile and grout.

These guys did great work. The owner is second generation in the business. They stretched and repaired three separate damaged areas in my carpet. They were on time (to the minute)! After the repairs they cleaned the carpet. Nice equipment and carpets were not left too wet. Definitely will use them again.

I have been using Ace Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets for years and have always been pleased with their service. Kevin and his team arrive within the specified time frame and are very professional. Furthermore, he cares that you are satisfied with the work when it is completed.
Recently, I had an incident where my cat was locked in a carpeted closet for 3 days. Needless to say the carpet was beyond needing spot cleaning. Kevin was prompt in scheduling time to come out to my house to help resolve the mess. Once again I was happy with his work when it was complete. No more stinky closet!
