This place USED to be great! I think management/ownership has changed. Went in to get pedis with my husband for our 10 year anniversary. We waited for 20 minutes before anyone got to us… My hubby’s massage chair was broken so it would massage in one place, get stuck then shut off after 5 minutes and he just gave up on that. The message portion of the pedis was awesome, good length and felt really good. The«good» ended there. They rubbed my husbands feet raw in one place. My feet felt like they weren’t even worked on, my heels were rougher than when I went in! After about 5 hours, the nail polish from my mani was chipping and by the next day, the polish on my toes had come off… and not just chipped off. The whole«panel» of polish came of in one piece from all but 4 toes… NOT worth the $ 100+ we dropped here for a nice day of relaxation.

I wish I could give this place a zero star rating! Went in today for a mani/pedi. The salon was busy but I was seated right away for my pedi… and that was it. Sat with my feet in the water for 30 minutes without anyone saying anything to me… until I got up to dry my feet and leave, one of the workers said, «You’re leaving?!» Really? Of course I am! Ugh! Don’t waste your time here. …

Came here for Mother’s Day pedis with my 11-year old daughter. Not a soul in there — so that was nice to not have to wait. Was given a long-stem red rose for mother’s day — that, too, was nice. The pedis themselves were sub-par. The gal working on my feet scrubbed just a bit which basically left my heels and balls of my feet raw. They weren’t scrubbed smooth. The nail polish was never fully removed from my toes prior to the whole pedi process. The feet/leg massages were basically just a few minutes of rubbing in oil and lotion. We left feeling not pampered at all — and by the end of the day, 3 of my daughter’s nails had already lost their polish. Will not be back and would not recommend.

Most painful pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had. First the tech dug out my toenail so much that it made me holler out in pain. He said I had an ingrown toenail, but I didn’t and now I’m afraid I’ll have more issues after all his digging. The massage for the pedicure and manicure were also painful and way too strong for those areas. The opposite of a relaxing morning out with my mom. I had the two men working on me, but my mom said the older gal who worked on her was much more gentle. They didn’t bother to clean up any paint that got on the skin so neither one looks great, aside from being sore. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

A nice Sunday morning. The place was peaceful, quite, and relaxing. The pedicures were great. The massage was amazing!(Probably the best around.) I have no complaints.

Recently taken over and at first seemed promising. Started with good customer service but a little hard to understand however once it got busy the service went down hill. Only 2 people working and 5 people wanting pedicures. Plus while getting my pedicure the man took a personal call and neglected my feet. And my gel manicure looks horrible! It’s splotchy and the nail art is horrendous! Won’t be returning, save yourself the time and money!!! This place is awful
