I LOVETHISSTORE!!! I totally cannot believe the negative reviews??? I have had the owner order items in for me and they have come in promptly. One item was no longer available and owner called me within 2 days of me placing order. This store has some very unique gifts that you cannot find elsewhere in our community. I love to buy their Christmas ornaments for ornament exchange parties as they are very unique. I have always found the owner to be pleasant and personable. The gift wrapping is very pretty and FREE!!! One of the best places in the Yuba/Sutter area to get home décor or a gift! This store is beautiful, calming, and fun! I simply can’t leave without buying a a bird figurine. My kids love them! I just place them around the house and when they find them they are so excited! You really need to visit Birds Eye View so you know exactly what I’m talking about!!! They also have evenings when they do paintings! I can’t wait to go one of these times! I’ve seen what’s up and coming and now I just have to decide on which one I want to paint! Oh and don’t forget to say hello to the cat!

I cannot believe this store is still in business. I ordered online and the owner, Vannesa will not respond to my emails. This purchase was was guaranteed in 30 days. I have yet to receive my product or a refund. I cannot believe this shop is still in business, it is the worst communication and customer service I have EVER experienced.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I cannot believe they are still in business. I ordered something online over two months ago and they will not respond on my product that was guaranteed in 30 days or a refund. Not one proactive outreach throughout the entire ordeal. Avoid this business.

I cannot believe this place is still in business. I’ve never dealt with more rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff – especially from the OWNER. I tried to host a Wine and Canvas party here, and I dealt with three people who gave me three different pieces of information. They called me several times to hound me about making sure I got my payments in for the party, but every time someone called to pay they didn’t answer the phone and then the owner would call me again, in a huff, asking for payment. When I would call in to give her updates, she was snippy and rude and practically hung up on me when another call came in, and never called me back. I called back the next day and she basically yelled at me because she was so overwhelmed. When I calmly expressed to her that several people were feeling that the party was being looked at as an inconvenience and felt they were being treated rudely when they called, she proceeded to be more rude and tell me she’s a «ONE-MANSHOP!» I explained to her that I was simply trying to comply with her requests by paying for the class, and that I simply wanted to have this party and get it over with, and she – again – practically hung up on me after speaking to me in an incredibly condescending manner. I contemplated canceling my party, but I didn’t have time at this point to find a different location and the person I was hosting the party for was very excited, so I was as polite as I could be, hoping we could just have a nice time and be done. BUT, she CANCELED the entire party EIGHTHOURS before the party was scheduled. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, but continued to act as if the inconvenience was on her because she now had to reverse our payments for the party we didn’t get to have, that I had planned FOURMONTHS in advance. She has never, ONCE, been polite to me when I’ve called, thanked me for my business, or apologized to me for the numerous inconveniences I’ve encountered since booking the party. Today, I called to find out if all payments have been reversed, and she said she is doing it but it’s a long process and said, «I don’t work Sundays, so. .. «. So 14 people are waiting for refunds after having their party canceled, but she doesn’t work Sundays. I’ve since spoken to several people who have confirmed to me that many, many, MANY other people in town feel the same way I do, and have had several people tell me, «Good luck getting your money back from her!» This is very discouraging, and does not surprise me one bit. I ran a business for three years in Yuba City and I can’t imagine EVER treating my customers this way. Beware of this business. The Crave does painting classes too, and I’ve heard they are WAYBETTER!
