I called DNA Pest control just wondering about prices. Nick answered and was able to give me a couple prices for monthly and bimonthly service. Both were reasonable. He had a fairly available schedule willing to work with what I needed. I made my appointment and asked about who worked with him and was informed it was just him. I like to support self employed people that are willing to take an extra step.
Upon arrival he presented him self well and explained what he was going to do. He also asked about the problem areas and different kind off bugs. He wasn’t pushy on spraying inside or in the attic we have kids so we didn’t want anything inside. He cleared all the webs on the exterior and sprayed. He accepted many forms of payment and is set to follow up in a week to make sure we see a difference. We were pretty happy with him.

Nick has been helping my family maintain our homes since we moved to Yuba City. His customer service is excellent and he’s been able to address any issue pest issue that has come up. Nick’s thorough regular maintenance visits explains why we’ve only needed his on-​call assistance once during the past several years. He takes pride in his trade and company … and it shows.
