Dr. Ngo is extremely nice! I’ve done a walkin and they made time for me. The employees there are so sweet. The only downside is that it’s a bit costly for exams, frames, and contacts. The atmosphere though is nice and I have continued to go here.

Today Was My First Ever Eye exam. Both assistants were very friendly. I got in to see Dr. Ngo as scheduled and she was very professional and friendly and highly knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease for my first exam and explained everything very well. She took extra care to discuss diabetic eye issues and was very thorough. The assistants… Especially Tasha… were patient and encouraging with my quest to find my very first pair of Frames. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything and I felt like they all gave me honest opinions and information. I was very impressed with my almost 2 hour experience at the optometrist and plan to continue to utilize Distinctive Eyes. They come highly recommended!
