We recently bought a house using Sarah as our realtor, and it was a great experience. We contacted her based on her positive reviews, she responded within minutes and set up a time for us to meet the very next day to see a property. She didn’t try to scare us into buying quickly because the pickings were supposedly slim or suggest buying one of her listed properties (both of which another realtor tried to pull on us). Buying a house is stressful enough as it is, I don’t need someone who is supposed to be on our side scaring us into making a quick decision or giving up on the process entirely.
Sarah was very knowledgeable about many areas, including Plumas Lake, which was our focus. She provided tons of online listings in preparation for viewing appointments. Every time we wanted to see a house she made an appointment super quick and was there to answer all of our questions. As she is a solar customer, she is very educated about solar companies, the installation process, type of contracts, etc.
We would schedule random phone calls or text with her to go over questions and paperwork and she was always available the same day to talk. I felt like I knew very little about the whole process and had so many questions about everything but Sarah was there to make sense of things.
When the time came to make an offer on the house, she walked us through every document and all of the normal and crazy questions we had. She used DocuSign which is a super convenient app that allows you to e-​sign documents from wherever so you don’t have to drive-​in every time. During the buying process she fought for us and helped us make informed decisions. She knew when to push, when to wait, when to protect us and when to let us make our own choices.
We would definitely use Sarah again if we were buying or selling and would recommend her to anyone who is interested.

Sarah brought some things to my attention I wasn’t aware of. On a broad scale, I think those in the public sphere who get paid a commission for representing clients should step aside when person difficulties render them unable to perform their professional responsibilities, I will add that I was unaware Sarah was going through such a difficult time and I wish her well.
