The Plus Group is a privately owned company headquartered in Woodridge, Illinois. The Plus Group is a full-​service staffing and recruiting company with 12 offices in 2 states that has operated in Northern California since September, 2000. Our Northern California offices are located in Yuba City and Chico, where we serve Butte, Yuba, Sutter, Yolo and Colusa counties. Other locations are in San Ramon, CA, Tustin, CA, Modesto, CA, Mountain View, CA, and Chicago, IL.

Meet the Manager

Margaret F.

Manager

Margaret has recruited the best talent in the industry and has long standing relationships with her clients, staff recruiters, and other branches in The Plus Group family. Through her leadership, she and her staff have the ability to source all levels of candidates throughout Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, Yolo and Butte counties. Margaret is also very involved in the local community, volunteering her time as a board member of a local non-​profit organization and several chambers.

Margaret has worked in a management, sales and recruiting capacity in the staffing solutions industry for the past 11 years. She has achieved the level of CSP, Certified Staffing Professional, with the American Staffing Association. In addition, she has acquired the CAC certification, California Accredited Consultant, through the California Staffing Professionals. These certifications are educational indicators of her knowledge and expertise in the staffing industry and California employment law.
