Come have fun learning to play violin, fiddle, viola or cello at Becky’s Violin Studio, Est. 1997!

I teach all ages from beginning to advanced (or college-​level) with private and/​or group lessons. Classical, folk, all kinds of fiddle, popular, sacred and more are studied here. Instruction methods with use of Suzuki Method philosophy and literature. Other traditional music such as Nicholas Llaoreaux, Wolfhardt, Kreutzer, Kayser books, and more are also used. Fiddle Magic Method book and Mark O’Connor Method books are resourced for fiddle studies.

My goal is to meet with you in a complimentary interview, and be able to find out and meet your personal desires educationally, musically and professionally. When you receive your free interview we will discuss your individual background, needs and desires to begin to individualize your lessons. Every new customer gets a free interview to get better acquainted, and to learn more about studio activities and policies. This interview may also include a light audition for the potential student if they have previous background on their instrument. Previous background on an instrument is desirable, but is not required!

History

Established in 1997.

The studio has been helping more than 100 students meet their goals for over seventeen years.

Teaching is in Yucaipa and surrounding areas within approximately 35 miles.

Meet the Manager

Manager

Rebecca A. Price, B.A. in Violin Performance has been teaching in her own studio for about 17 years. She has taught at the Yucaipa Senior Center and churches as well. Rebecca has experience as a member of professional local symphonies such as the Redlands Symphony, Inland Empire Symphony, the Redlands Bowl Orchestra and as a freelance performer. She is the second violin Section Leader in the Redlands Community Orchestra. She has loved music since childhood and taught her own first student at the age of 12. Playing music is her passion, and teaching music is also her joy!
