Dixie Duncan is a Canine Behaviorist who specializes in helping dogs to succeed in our world. She offers private training, basic obedience classes, advanced classes, puppy classes and Canine Good Citizen certification. She specializes in fearful dogs and reactive dogs.

History

Established in 2002.

Dixie Duncan received her degree in Psychology in 1997 from California State University, San Bernardino. She worked as a veterinary assistant for 6 years applying her knowledge in psychology to the stresses associated with veterinary offices. In 2002 she opened her business offering petsitting services while continuing to work as a vet assistant and training beside a canine behaviorist to enhance her skills. In 2005 she began training dogs and now offers a wide array of services to dogs and their owners.

Dixie Duncan opened up her doors in 2002. She has a deep compassion for all creatures great and small that started when she was young. She grew up showing German Shepherds and went on to pursue her degree in Psychology. She trained for two years under a canine behaviorist and now offers private and group classes to her clients. She continues her education by attending conferences and seminars by renowned canine behaviorists in the field.
