For the Health of It Fitness Studio

My new favorite spot for Zumba!!! I have loved every instructor and class that I have taken so far! Carmen, the owner, is such a nice person and very friendly. They have plenty of parking, cubbies to put your things in, and also have Zumba gear for purchase. Also your first class is free! Definitely come and try out a class here.

Visited this studio for a Zumba class tonight. The studio itself was clean and nicely decorated with bright colored walls and cubbies for personal belongings.
The class was definitely a 10. Instructor led a very high energy, fun class. I will most definitely return.
Pricing was more than reasonable; my first class was free and they offer punch cards or an unlimited number of classes for $ 40/​month. They didn’t mention a contract so I’m assuming it’s a pay as you go type of thing.

This studio is easy-​access from I-​10, Cabazon, Banning, Beaumont, and Calimesa from the East, Yucaipa, Redlands, Loma Linda and Highland/​San Berdu from the West.
The atmosphere is one of friendship and working ‘together” rather than competing with the other participants. Everyone is friendly, and welcoming to the new person. The classes are for ANY fitness level and can be adapted to the beginner, but challenging enough for the well-​conditioned person.
Carmen, the owner has been in the fitness industry, virtually «ALL HER LIFE». While she is very talented dancer, she is a LICENSED trainer, and work out instructor… and comes from decades of training and devotion to all things healthy and fit. She is not simply someone who is «good at dancing» who decided to hang up her shingle!
She has semi-​private weight training she teaches… she has pilates, RIPPED classes, kickboxing, sentao, zumba TONING (with weights or «zumba sticks»). She sells licensed zumba attire and accessories…
She CHANGES the classes by adding new songs/​routines so we don’t get bored and only work one or two sets of muscles… the studio is very up to date, and user friendly with mirrors so ALL can see the instructor (and vice versa)…WOODEN floors, and stage for the instructor.
She has «specials’, unlimited cards, high volume incentives, water available… the classes are SO affordable… and no initiation fees or contracts to sign! She teaches at many locations throughout the Inland Empire, and has frequent fun gatherings, called Zumba Parties where several instructors teach, there are door prizes and something fun for everyone! I am NOT, NOT, NOT a «dancer» in any way, shape or form! This exercise is fun, upbeat and addicting… you come in dragging… and leave full of life… changes one’s entire «mood» and outlook! Try it, and you too will be hooked, hopefully as a way of life, and not just a once in a while «pick me up»!

I LOVE exercising with this studio! I know the owner personally and besides being very passionate and knowledgeable, she only hires the best certified instructors! I’ve tried most of the classes offered (kickboxing, RIPPED, Sentao, toning) at some point and I enjoy all of them. If you want to party while you work out, come Zumba with us…

I LOVE FTHOI FITNESS STUDIO! The people working there have become like family and the other members have become friends. I myself am not one that enjoys working out, but all the classes here make it fun and give you an incredible sweat. Two thumbs up; would recommend to everyone!

I had a great time taking classes at FTHOI Fitness Studio! The studio is bright and colorful, the music makes you wanna move and the instructors are incredibly talented and motivating! I’m so happy that Zumba is a specialty here at FTHOI it is the only format of exercise that I can do over and over again! Carmen, the owner, is so sweet, inviting and very knowledgeable. I am looking forward to taking more classes here and buying a punch card so I can workout multiple days during the week. They have other formats like R.I.P.P.E.D. USA and I want to try those too. Highly recommend this studio!

It is truly as good as it gets! This studio itself is great, the owner and instructors are truly amazing. Love the music and choice of classes they offer. I also bring my kids for Zumbatomic, which is always fun! Great atmosphere, highly recommend For the Health of it! :)

Party yourself into shape at «For the Health of It» Fitness Studio, with the world’s fitness craze, Zumba! Studio owner, Carmen Lopez along with her group of Zumba Licensed instructors will help you do just that! Expect a variety of moves and grooves during a class dancing: salsa, merengue, cha-​cha, samba, quebradita, cumbia, bollywood, and other international rhythms.
