I was helped by the same Indian guy there. But as many folks might not knoe this that for the most part, unless its in a mall or online, most GNC stores are franchise owned, thus forcing em to sometimes mark up its product, this one is no different unfortunately. So all in honesty I don’t blame the man for doing what he needs to do to make a small profit. In the end, the guy treated me good.

I’m guessing my phone conversation was with the same man the prior reviews speak of. He did have an indian accent, but I am not sure if only one worker here does. I called for an item that the Fontana store carries, but was out of stock on. The man at Yucaipa told me they do not have it, but he can order it for me. Ok, not a problem. I said no, because I’m in a bit of a hurry for it. I asked if he had the ability of checking stock at the other local stores(which I know for a fact they can) and he continued to tell me how it would be easy for him to order for me. I told him no, I’m trying to get my hands on it within the next couple days. I again asked if he can check any of the surrounding stores, and he then assured me he can get it within a few days. I told him I called him because I have a wedding to go to in the area and was going to stop there when I was in town for the weekend. So I explained that I don’t live in the area, but I’d appreciate if he can check the nearby stores for me. He kept being pushy on how he would order it and get it to me in a few days, but I myself have ordered off the GNC website, and their ground shipping is through DHL global mail, which takes 2+ weeks sometimes to arrive. I know this guy was not being truthful about the speedy shipping. And when I gave up asking him to check local stores, I told him I’d call them myself. He couldn’t hang up fast enough.

0 stars if that could be possible. This man has ran this location for years. It is an independent GNC. Like Verizon has some authorized locations but are not really Verizon. He is a rude Indian crook. He sadly gives the GNC company a bad rep. I am surprised that he is being allowed to represent GNC. He wont give refund, is very rude. Shop at another GNC.

Worst customer service ever! I called to see if they had a supplement I was looking for because another gnc was out of it. They had the supplement but the guy quoted it $ 10 higher then the other gnc? So I asked him why is it more at your gnc? He said I’m with a customer now and don’t have time for you… Literally word for word that’s what he said. I like gnc & normally the people there are very helpful. Good luck keeping this location open Yucaipa! Lol If I could give this mean man 0 stars I would!!!

Worst store ever!!! Went into the store on a Saturday to buy 4-packs of Redline since they were on sale for $ 9.99. The manager was some Indian guy and was busy chatting on the phone and kept ignoring me. After trying to find the products and having no success, I asked him for help. The guy then decides to tell me that they don’t have the 4-packs but he could sell them to me individually for $ 3.49 each from his fridge. I told him that the products were on sale for $ 9.99 at another store and he said that there was no sale but he would give me a discount. After purchasing 12 bottles and a bottle of L-Glutamine the total came to $ 50.75 and that was after a $ 10 off coupon! When I got home I discovered that he only sold me 6 bottles of Redline and that the other 6 bottles were another product called ‘Meltdown.’ The bottles were the same color and made by the same company but two completely different things. One made you lose fat and the other gave you energy. I am in the Fire Academy and was not trying to lose anymore fat at all and just needed energy for the 15 mile daily runs. So this Meltdown stuff was definately not going to work. Well the dude never put my receipt in the bag. Instead he gave me some entry form for some sweepstakes raffle. So I tried going back to the store the next day to return the items and spoke to the same asshole and he decides to tell me that they do not do returns without receipts. Well no shit! I know this but you didnt give me the receipt so what do want me to do? He tells me that he could only give me an exchange and no refunds. So now I am stuck with this stuff I was vastly overcharged for and can’t even get a damn refund!!! When I tried going to another GNC store and told them about the incident, they informed me that they had received numerous complaints on this Indian guy and that he regularly overcharges people whenever he feels like it because he is a franchise. He even told this to the manager of this other store. So I will NEVEREVER go back to the Yucaipa GNC store again!!! Any other GNC store is better than that one and if you do go, go at your own risk because you have been warned!!! Just make sure he hands you the receipt because he is a liar and will tell you otherwise!!! If I could give this rating zero stars I would! One star is clearly too generous for this asshole and his store!!!

the owner of this place didnt know anything about the products. the products are also way too expensive you can go down the street to nutrishop and get the same product for half the price. Gnc is so over rated. do not shop there
