Imperial Dentist… don’t give them your money. They bill your insurance for services not provided and I’m in the process of filing a grievance against them through my insurance company. Also, I believe they permanently bonded the ‘temporary crown’ they made for me instead of the new one that I paid for. When I called to express my concern about the crown, the gal said to come in and they would smooth it out. I’ve had other crowns done at other dental offices/​labs, and they were always smooth to begin with… not rough like temporary crowns tend to feel. The office staff is nice enough; however, they tend to ‘up sell’ services. I found a new dentist who cares about her patient’s teeth and well being… not about getting rich by billing insurance companies for services not rendered. Unless you go over your account with your insurance rep, you’ll never know what Imperial Dental billed them for. I would classify this as insurance fraud. I’ll update this review after my grievance is filed and post the outcome.

The dental assistant Kim is more than hostile when confronted with her errors and denies that she made any. Kim’s approach is that YOUR OPINION AS A PATIENT does not matter and blatantly states so to patient, when the crown etc does not mirror the instructions of the dentist or reflect the image of the CAM software. Perhaps a dental practice should not allow open hostility to permeate a practice when someone points out obvious flaws with work that someone is not properly trained for. Although the owner of the practice addressed some issues there are still problems and it does not rectify or compensate for the problems associated with this dental practice.

My experience at Imperial dental has been a great one. The staff are super friendly and Dr Leng was excellent at explaining the treatment I needed and was very patient and gentle throughout the procedure. I highly recommended this office!

I needed an immediate dental appointment after I broke two teeth in a fall. I selected Imperial Dental Practice after reading Unilocal reviews and verifying that the office would accept my dental insurance HMO. I was given an appointment for that day. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Chetti was kind and gentle with my sore mouth! He explained all the options, and then quickly finished the procedure. I am happy to find a dental office that I can trust!

My husband and I have been seen at Imperial Dental for many years. At one time we went to another dentist in town just because he was cheaper. That was a huge mistake! We immediately came back to Imperial and have been with them ever since. Most recently I had an extraction and implant by the oral surgeon. He and his assistant were fantastic… explained everything every step of the process. I highly recommend Imperial Dental!

Wife & I went today to get our 6 mo. Teeth Cleaned, also got current digital x-​rays taken (so easy) Appt. Was 10:& 11: AM, took us both in at 10: AM! So friendly & Professional.
We highly recommend Imperial Dentistry for the whole family.

I used to highly recommend this place. I’m sorry I can’t anymore their wait time is ridiculous long. I don’t know what happened used to be in and out. I was with dentist for 6 plus years. & my last visit will forever be my last. I had an appt & I had to cancel due to a minimum day for my son that I was unaware of. I cancelled 24 hours in advance. I was then told I was going to be charged a $ 100 cancellation fee I said excuse me, when did this cancellation fee come into effect. Apparently was never aware of it. I was livid. I spoken with one of the other girl I was familiar with & cancelled all further appointments. They won’t get my business thats just ridiculous to me.

OMG! They are sooooo good at their job!
I haven’t been to the dentist in 15 years. So I made an appointment for myself and my 3 year old daughter. They were gentle with my daughter and she had a blast. They knew how to deal with a young child and make her at ease with the check up and cleaning. I couldn’t be happier with that!
When I had my appointment they were through and made sure I was comfortable with the process. A lot has changed in dentistry in 15 years. I was happy with my check up and cleaning and surprised I didn’t have any cavities.
We will be back in 6 months!

I’ll be completely honest with you, they are truly amazing. I use to be scared of the dentist (yes some men are afraid of the dentist) but they have made my dentist visit truly amazing. The minute you walk into the door they greet you by your name which means they pay attention to their patients name. Everyone smiles and truly seems to enjoy working. Which is hard to find these days. Each of the 5 times I have been here they are very courtesy and even extend a compliment (yes men love compliments too). Oh and can’t forget how clean it is too. I am the type of person that pays attention to how clean a doctor office is. From floors being waxed. To vents being clean. Those little things determined if I will be back. And this place is super clean!
Overall I will totally refer them to my friends and family. Completely changed my view of a dentist visit! :)

Absolutely Incredible! When I walked into this office, I immediately felt at home !! I was greeted by Bec, who was friendly and helpful. I was treated great by the staff, and Dr. Goshtasbi is very knowledgeable and her chair-​side manner is perfect. She and Vanessa the benefits coordinator explained everything she was going to do in terms that I could even understand. The office manager Jen was very warm and pleasant as well explaining payment options and treatments. I would definitely recommend Imperial Dental to family and friends !!!

I brought my stepson in for his very first dental checkup to Imperial Dental and it went so great! The visit took about 35 min to get a couple X-​rays that Kim the dental assistant took so quickly and was patient with my 4 year old, a cleaning and a small little filling in his back tooth. Dr Delaroca made me (who was more nervous than my little one lol) feel comfortable and was so great with him. The dentist used no scary dental terms and filled a baby cavity without giving my little one a shot! I am so glad I took my child to see dr Delaroca, I wouldn’t take him Anywhere else!

My new Computer designed tooth was completed in a timely manner. It was performed with minimal pain. It feels exactly like my old tooth! I wasn’t expecting that! happy!

Imperial Dental feels like a sanctuary, much more different than other practices. The staff and dental assistants are very friendly and make you feel extremely comfortable. One of the most impressive and indeed tech savvy options for treatment is the CEREC crown, where you literally have the crown cap placed in one day! No need to come back with a temporary! Overall, the place transcends an atmosphere of care, and a level of service unmatched in many practices I have visited.

What is the reason for appointments if your going to wait anyways? I have a strict schedule and can’t be waiting sitting in a chair for over an hour with nothing being done. I will say this, the staff is friendly but the service times are absolutely terrible.
Simply put, do not schedule an appointment here unless you have no plans for the rest of the day.

My daughter was seen with the orthodontist Dr. Chiakowsky and his team for a consultation. She’s normally very nervous about going to the dentist however every one at the office was very comforting towards her. Everyone was very cheerful and friendly which really made it easy for me to choose Imperial Dental for her orthodontic services. My daughter and I understands the importance of her treatment plan. She’s only 8 but has a nasty nail biting/​hands in her mouth habit. She’ll need an appliance before considering actual braces but it’s exactly what I would like for her to help with the habit. I can’t thank everyone enough who made her experience an amazing one from the awesome receptionist/​treatment advisor BECCA to the dental assitant EMILIO Dr Chiakowsky and all the rest of the team! I will be sure to refer! :)

I used to hate going to the dentist, however my experience with the team at Imperial Dentistry has kept me coming back for the past 4 years. I live in Phoenix Arizona and commute to Yucaipa for my dentist appointments. The staff at the front desk are always welcoming with BIG smiles and the dentists are VERY knowledgable always tell me what i need with no bull added. By using up to date modern dentistry practices I feel It puts them above their competitors. They are always interested in my comfort and will take the extra steps to ensure my visits are as painless as can be. I have had all my wisdom teeth pulled, root canals, crowns, extractions and just recently a bridge and 2 implants! I am so happy with how my teeth have turned out hence I am writing this review. I highly recommend Imperial Dentistry to anyone who wants a professional team working with them on there side.

Well today my hubby Daniel had an appointment for Oral Surgery, we get there waiting for about ½ hour No Biggie! They call him back, then call me in telling us that something happened to his impressions!?! They lost them! Wth??? Now he ha to wait 2 Weeks for his next appointment… Urggggg! To make things worse, I took a day off from work with NO PAY, and all they can say is sorry! NOT Happy about it! Don’t get me wrong, they are all nice, but cone on now, someone needs to get there stuff together! Just Saying I should be compensated in some way!

I had the best experience at Imperial Dental! The entire staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Dr. Leng was really easy to talk to and and advised me that when I am ready we should switch out my old amalgam fillings for metal free materials. There was no pressure but after they went over the copays I was glad to know that is was an affordable option. Thank you to everyone.

I had the best experience! Staff was super friendly and made my 1st visit so comfortable! A little pricier then most dentist offices, but I had the worst luck finding a dentist who would concentrate on the main tooth that was hurting! Their payment plan is definitely affordable (if you have good credit) ! Definitely looking forward to my next visit ! :)

I had an impacted wisdom tooth that desperately needed to come out. I called on a Sunday, when no dentist office is open, and there was someone who picked up the line! I was able to schedule an appointment for the following afternoon, which made me very happy.
I went into the office a few minutes before my appointment to make sure I had time to have questions answered, sign paperwork, etc. Despite this effort, I still was not admitted until ten minutes after my appointment time. Once I was escorted back, things progressed smoothly.
I had my initial scans done quickly, and I got to talk with the doctors about what I could expect from my procedure. I had my tooth taken out, and I was sent home with a prescription for pain meds. All in all, a satisfactory experience.
