Julian Tudose, DDS

I was really impressed with Dr. Tudose. He and the people in his office made me feel sooo comfortable! My dental «emergency «was handled quickly at a reasonable cost. Recommend him to all!

Dr. Julian Tudose, is a phenomenal dentist. The negative reviews are absolutely false allegations. It’s absurd that Unilocal is allowing these FALSE reviews. This is defamation of character and grounds for a serious lawsuit.
A reflection on his work ethic: I have had been traumatized by several pediatric dentists as well as adults. I have a huge phobia. I take anti-​aniexty meds. Getting through the door is a minimum of three. Dr. Tudose has a gentle touch. He will make certain your comfort is ideal. He will use numbing gel before he injects you. He also has a huge flat screen tv that patients can view during their dental procedure (s). Yours truly has a iPod blasting in her ears. Dr. Tudose jams with me, haha.
I’m the patient from hell. Seriously. I shake, cry, sweat and cannot control my tremors. Dr. Tudose and his staff take their time. You are PRIORITY. I drive from Buena Park all the way to Yucaipa to see him! He’s that incredible. I’ve referred him to over 18 friends, family and acquaintances.
He’s also very accommodating to emergency calls. His pricing is more than fair. If you’re a patient with aniexty he will write you a RX. He also has the good stuff– gas! He’ll put you to sleep.
In all seriousness. I understand it’s vital to view these reviews. However, they’re absolutely false. I would suggest you check him out for yourself. Hell, I’m convinced you will have the best experience ever. If not. I’ll pay.
I’ve had major dental work by him. I still have plenty left. If only money grew on tree’s.

Great dentist. If your not numb yet he will give you more numbing shots. He always makes me laugh. He is very nice and does dental work for cheaper then other dentists. He fixed all of my teeth and i didnt pay much. He really cares about his patients. Hes the best dentist Ive ever had!

Absolutely can’t say a bad word. the whole office staff is off the top! Starting with the greeting you receive from Jaime, and every other employee that entered the area. Dr. Tudose. can’t say enough good about you! Going to the dentist is never «fun», but I have to say, you and your staff make it painless. I love the way you all work together, and your staff is so supportive. I just gave your name out to the third person in the last 2 days! Get ready .you are all going to be bombarded, but watching you all at work, I know you can handle it! Job well done! !!!

Dr. Julian Tudose is a fantastic dentist. I went in to get my molars fixed and the whole procedure was quick and painless. I’m usually very nervous but he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He did a great job and is very skilled and experienced. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of the best dentist’s I have been to.

What a great experience. I will be coming back and bringing my family. Everything went much better than expected.

Avoid like the plague. Dr. Julian Tudose took a month to extract the crumbled molar of my son who was in pain and refused to release medical records under the CA medical records act. He and his office staff were rude and incredibly disrespectful to a parent concerned about their child. Dr. Tudose is also spreading false statements about a parent who merely according to LAW requested to obtain the medical records as instructed by the other parent.
CA Family code section 3025. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, access to records and information pertaining to a minor child, including, but not
limited to, medical, dental, and school records, shall not be denied
to a parent because that parent is not the child’s custodial parent.
Medical and dental records are governed by the Patients’ access to health records act (PAHRA) which specifies that once a written request has been made to the provider that they have to release those records to the patient or the patient’s representative.
PAHRA specifically states the following:
Upon written request and payment of reasonable clerical costs, an adult patient of a health care provider, a minor patient authorized by law to consent to medical treatment, or the patient’s representative is entitled to inspect the patient’s medical records. A patient is allowed to inspect her/​his records during business hours within five working days after the provider receives the written request. The patient or patient’s representative may be accompanied by one other person of her/​his choosing.
The patient or the patient’s representative is also entitled to obtain copies of all or any portion of the medical records by presenting a written request to the health care provider specifying which records are to be copied. A provider may require the patient to pay copying fees, not to exceed twenty-​five ($.25) cents per page, or fifty ($.50) cents per page of microfilm, plus any additional reasonable clerical costs incurred in making the records available. The wording of the statute implies that a provider could demand payment before providing the copies. The health care provider must send the copies within fifteen days after receiving the written request. The provider may require reasonable verification of identity prior to permitting inspection or copying of the records.
PAHRA defines «health care provider» as a health facility, clinic, home health agency, physician or surgeon, podiatrist, dentist, psychologist, optometrist, chiropractor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker, all licensed as described in Cal. Health &; Safety Code §§ 12 3105(a)(1)-(12); PAHRA defines «Patient’s representative» as «a parent or guardian of a minor who is a patient, or the guardian or conservator of the person of an adult patient, or the beneficiary or personal representative of a deceased patient.» Cal. Health & Safety Code § 12 3105(e).

Dr Tudose is a great dentist he treats you in a professional manner he doesn’t try to push unneeded services, his office staff Tina and Jaime are friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this dental office it’s practice and equipment is up-​to-​date
