Terrible service! Do not use this place!!! Had an appointment for this morning from 8−11am. Called at 11:30 because no call or technician. They said «the technician had a problem and couldn’t make appt but left a voicemail». He did not. When I tried to call back they hug up on me twice or hit the keys. When I did get someone they transferred me to a customer service voicemail. We have had apartments and rental properties in this area for 30 years and tried to use a local place. I am sooo sorry I tried them. I have a tenant who took today off work for this nightmare appointment. Terrible and aweful. Cannot see how they stay in business.
