This is by far the best Chinese food in the Morongo Basin. This is a small restaurant but has a big taste. Say hi to Cindy and tell her Jeremy sent you.

I was recommended this place by the place I get my nails done at, so I took my Mother-In-Law there after a girls day and we absolutely loved it. Great friendly & professional staff. Incredible food with very generous portions. I definitely had left overs to take home with me. I would recommend this place without a doubt! Hope you enjoy it as much we did. I’ll be taking my husband there to try in the near future!

The food is delicious. I can’t recommend the spicy lemongrass chicken enough. Service is sometimes a bit lacking. They need to learn how to stagger the orders so everyone at the table gets their food at the same time.

I ate there with my friend last night. I was lucky that it wasn’t packed because I would have had a hissy fit. Lol. Anyway, I ordered my phở with everything in it and schezuan eggplant. That wasn’t too Vietnamese but whatevs. It was sooo, um, good. The tripe was a little dry though but it didn’t stopped me from finishing it because the broth was the star.. When I was full and wanting to eat more cause you know, I’m paying for the food don’t judge me. Lol. It was great. Service was friendly. Took a little while to send the food out but I guess it was worth it. Don’t compare my impatience with mine to yours though. Took about maybe 15mins? …to get food out?, but then again I was also hungry in my bellies. Any-ho, I’ve been craving for more so I’m going back today. K bye.

This restaurant has no regard for their customers. They don’t stick with their posted hours, and open at random times.

The vegetarian chicken here is some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. A seriously great restaurant for vegetarians that enjoy Asian/American cuisine. The sauces are delectable, the meats are good quality, and everything is how you’d want it to be in either a Phở restaurant or a Chinese restaurant. Seriously very good dinner yum yum.

Food is good, value is great, and the service is excellent! The two young men serving in here tonight are so genuine and kind. They’re the reason I’m writing this review. Great work gentlemen!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Heads up, tripe, which is an ingredient in their phở and other dishes is the rubbery lining of the stomach of cows, goats, sheep. Otherwise known as ‘something of no value; rubbish. It is disgusting, is NOT a noodle.

Although it is not the BEST Phở I’ve had it comes close! The wait time was a bit long but it was still worth it. Delicious Phở and the egg rolls are amazing! The perfect meal for a cold windy day.

Food is really good. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Generous portions! Fairly new joint in town has proven to exceed expectations in quality and taste. Casual ambiance to dine in and take out orders are also available.

I love phở and was so excited when this opened near me! The service was exceptional. Each staff member was very courteous and efficient. And the food was delicious. I always love meatball phở and theirs did not disappoint. You’ve got to check this place out.

Tom Yum lived up to its name! Spicy, sour, savory with herbs, and a little sweet. Big juicy flavorful shrimp! Awesome new dinner option, thanks!

Lots of selections, consistent pricing, all in all, yummy phở. The broth is not as flavorful as some of the other phở but it’s not bad! Good customer service, good food. *Arnold Schwarzenegger voice* I’ll be back.

Delicious! It was a phở sort of night and I was very pleased with our new restaurant right down the street. Not only did I fall in love with the staff(it’s a family owned, family run place) but the phở was wonderful! My husband loved the entrees. They offer some of the classic«Chinese take-out» dishes such as Kung pao beef, orange chicken and their ilk. I got their eggplant along with my phở(mostly for lunch the next day) and was in love. Everything was made with incredibly fresh ingredients and was Beyer than I had expected. Best all around Asian take-out or dine in Yucca Valley has seen in a long time.

I’d like to give 3.5 stars. Serving sizes were generous but the broth was a bit bland. I had to add soy sauce and all the jalapeños to my vegetable phở. It did have a generous amount if veggies and fried tofu though. My husband had one of the steak phos and agreed that the broth was a bit bland. Service was great and very attentive. We will definitely eat here again.

I moved to the Joshua Tree area from Los Angeles months ago, and I haven’t had Phở in over three months. Today I was craving it, so I decided to try Phở 85. The restaurant is small, and clean. The staff was very friendly and the service was professional. I ordered the large #62 Phở Tai(rare steak). It’s my favorite and the one I get every place I visit. Their’s was fresh, and very savory, with a clean taste. I read some comments that said it lacked flavor, but perhaps the recipe has been fixed since then. After tasting it, I loaded it up with Sriracha and Hoisin, as well as sprouts and basil. As for the garnish, the sprouts and Thai Basil were fresh for the most part, although the Jalapeño was a little withered. I ate the entire bowl, including all the broth and now I’m feeling extremely full… and very happy! I will be back!

My wife and I visited Phở 85 for the first time tonight. We were very happy with this casual, little place. We’re both vegetarian and had plenty to choose from. Perfect place for a quick lunch or dinner. We’ll definitely be eating there again.

Okay this is a new little place that is next to the old Stater Brothers in Yucca. They have great Phở soups and Chinese dishes. Place is nice and clean also family ran. I will definitely return.

While not the best of the best when it comes to all the phở I’ve ever had all my life, the food was very tasty. I had ordered the house special phở, which includes meatball, steak, tendon, tripe, and essentially all the meats they include in their phos. The broth was flavorful. And I felt like there was a good amount of noodles and meat in the broth — which is something that could make me sad about if it didn’t. We also ordered the potstickers, which were delicious. They are near the top of the list of the best potstickers I’ve ever had. The restaurant is small. There are not many tables available, but the food came out fast which makes the tables turn over relatively quickly. When I walked in today there was no where to sit initially, but a table became available relatively quickly. I think the waiters are the children of the owner. They were young, but they had their jobs down and were very efficient at covering all the tables and making sure everyone had what they needed. I was very satisfied by this addition to food choices in the area and will be back.
