Clayton came over in very short notice to install a blank door for us. He arrived when he said that he would, and worked his ass off from 8am to around 1pm to get the door framed, cut, mortised, and installed.
The task of installing a blank door that isn’t prehung, mortised, knob holes not cut yet, and so on was way over my head. And while the job was not perfect due to the lean of the house in that area, and the fact that the jambs were a little too think (we went from a 35″ to a 36″), I think he did good with what we had to deal with.
So far Clayton has been very dependable, honest, and SUPER hard working. His rates are unbeatable. I highly recommend for tasks that you don’t need a contractor for.

Clayton is honest, reliable and affordable. He has worked with me remodeling my house in joshua tree completing a variety of tasks including drywall, framing, electrical, painting and demo/​cleanup. The best thing about working with Clayton is his easy going attitude and desire to do good work. If you have a job to do I highly recommend giving Clayton a try.

I worked with Clayton on multiple projects in Yucca Valley and in Joshua Tree. He installed floorboards and trim around interior doors and windows, built a wood privacy fence, cut down and removed a few large trees, installed door hardware, painted, installed a window, and strapped the water heater. Also, since he has a large work truck, he was able to assist me in picking up larger and bulky material at the Home Depot. I found Clayton to be skilled, professional, hard working, and very reasonably priced. I definitely plan on working with him again in the near future.
