We needed a fast fix on our heater at the last minute and they were able to fix us up in a jiffy! We haven’t had anything installed by them so I can’t speak on their bidding process or even their pricing on actual units but I can say they were fast, knowledgable, and very efficient. They charged $ 90 for a service call and $ 86 appx for parts and labor but when it is going to be 22degrees outside and the fuse that keeps your heater going keeps blowing, it was worth it! Thanks!

I didn’t end up going with them for the new units I wanted to buy for my house during our renovation. Just be aware that their bid was TWICE what other places are. I literally laughed out loud at the guy. Shop around first get bids from everyone — especially people in Bethany and OKC

I’m writing this update because it appears that there may be some sneaky tactics at play. For years, I have had this annual contract mentioned in my previous review; they’ve always billed me and I’ve always paid promptly. This year I had an issue with my A/​C and I called as I always do, the serviceman came out and fixed me up, didn’t charge me me because I’m an annual contract (as usual). Later the same day, I get a message on my voicemail that I’m being billed $ 125 because my annual contract ran out. I received nothing to tell me that it was time to renew it, so how would I have known that? Thinking this must be a mistake, I called and got voicemail, asked for someone to return my call because this had to be in error. Noone ever returned my call. The next day, I did receive a bill for $ 125. Nearly a week later, still no return call or explanation, just a bill. which sort of admits that what it appeared they were up to was right on. So apparently, they’re trying to get out of the annual contract business by just allowing everyone’s to lapse by not billing customers. Pretty sneaky, so I guess I take back everything I said previously…
