I recently called about my 2010 Mazda 3 because of the dashboard defect(melted dashboard) that my vehicle is experiencing; I’ve read countless reviews and articles about this defect, it’s causing not only stickiness due to the melting dashboard, but also creates a terrible glare in the windshield that can result in a collision. When I spoke to one of the men in the maintenance department he said, «because your vehicle is no longer under warranty, there’s nothing we can do, but we can assist you in purchasing a dash mat.» I did mention there is a class action lawsuit going on and I would seek other options, which then the man said, «ok». Brought my truck in for simple repair and was told after a couple of days that it would need major work. Bait and switch. They don’t care about you or your family. It’s about how much they can squeeze out of you!!! Find an honest mechanic and avoid this dealership.
