Our café also offers coffees, juices, fresh breakfast options as well as soups, salads, and sandwiches made with fresh bread options baked daily. Mostly Muffins is a Yuma tradition and a great place to meet for breakfast or lunch.
History
Established in 1986.
Mostly Muffins was opened in 1986 here in Yuma by the Cook family with Linda Cook’s homemade recipes for gourmet muffins and other bakery items and recently purchased by Courtner Fisher Sellers and Robyn Stallworth Pouquette. Keeping all the original recipes and hometown feel, Courtney and Robyn are transforming Mostly Muffins into an updated bakery and café to offer the same well-known muffins as well as catering services. It has been a priority for Courtney and Robyn to acquire customer feedback, customer interaction, and new ideas to slowly update this long standing Yuma establishment and enjoy all the wonderful people in the community who stop by to have a cup of coffee and a muffin or who come through the drive-thru window to grab a quick lunch during the work week. Now offering an amazingly refreshing and healthy frozen yogurt line in the shop, Mostly Muffins is making strives to encourage healthy options and options to beat the Yuma heat.
Meet the Business Owner
Courtney and Robyn S.
Business Owner
Life is full of surprises and exciting paths. Courtney and Robyn, having been close friends since junior high, have shared a mutual love the Yuma community and a drive to explore business options to incorporate family relationships and teach our children the values of work ethic and community. Mostly Muffins was a fabulous opportunity to join 2 friends and their individual abilities to partner in an exciting business venture. You will often see one of the 9 kids Courtney and Robyn have between them stopping by to learn how to bus tables or help out with the wonderful Mostly Muffins’ staff around the café. Most days you will also see extended family dropping by to enjoy all that the Mostly Muffins menu has to offer. It has brought great joy to both to bond with family, friends, and new customers.
