Headquartered in Columbus with additional offices in Lancaster, Zanesville, Dayton, Springfield, Sidney and Chillicothe, Ohio, MOM is an office solutions provider that combines superior service with state-​of-​the-​art technology and equipment to help organizations reduce costs and improve productivity.

Document Solutions has partnered with leading technology innovators, Canon, Lanier, Samsung, and HP, to outfit organizations with MOM’s advanced equipment and document management systems.

History

Established in 1957.

Document Solutions, a division of MOM has been in the office equipment business since 1957. Throughout our more than 50 years in business, we have experienced steady growth and have adapted to changing technology and varying customer needs. You can count on MOM to be in business — even through fluctuations in the economy — to support your needs.

During MOM’s first year in business, it provided customers with enough paper and supplies for them to make 200,000 copies. Today, that figure is more than a billion. Our product line has grown to include a full line of copying systems, fax systems, multifunction devices (MFPs), color solutions, network laser printers and color printers. Throughout our years in business, our commitment to customer satisfaction has fueled steady growth.

We serve thousands of customers and employ more than 220 people. While many things have changed since 1957, our commitment to serving the customer has always remain constant.

Manager

As an Account Manager I service a 5 county area including Muskingum, Coshocton, Perry, Morgan, & Guernsey counties. It is my honor to serve my customers with the most advanced technology and document management software on the market.

As a former Marine and local business leader, I pride myself on integrity, absolute customer satisfaction, and competitive pricing. In addition to my role as an Account Manager, I also volunteer in the community within several organization, such as Rotary and Jaycees, while enjoying most of my free time with my wife and dog :)
