I recently had a pipe break, causing a flood under my house. In looking for a local company, a friend recommended Carpet Cops and I’m so grateful for his recommendation! John at Carpet Cops was immediately responsive and helped me figure out what happened and what to do.
Not only is John and his team very professional and expert in what they do, they are also very nice and trustworthy too. Having people in and out of your house for weeks on end is not fun, but I felt completely comfortable with them handling my flooding problems. John was also very helpful when it came to the insurance claim, and also with recommendations for mold remediation and repairs. In the end, all was taken care of efficiently and professionally, and I would highly recommend them… in fact, I already have!

CARPET COPS… Great service, super friendly, exceptional cleaning. I am «always» pleased with their service, professionalism, friendly attitude and especially how clean my carpets are. My first experience was rather unusual as we had tar slurry all over our new carpets that was tracked in by mistake and these guys came over and said don’t worry we got this. We will get it all out. I called several other companies and they didn’t want to touch that mess. Amazing that’s all I can say. They got it all out and were kind and compassionate during the entire process. Since that experience a couple years ago, I dropped my old service and switched my service and my clients service to Carpet Cops. These guys are definitely a clean above the rest. I have used many other services in the Tahoe Area and their work is just sloppy and my carpets were never really cleaned. I want my carpets and my clients carpets to be cleaned the first time around. They always make time and if you are in a bind they will get you scheduled. I have also used Carpet Cops for water restoration for 2 severely damaged water breaks over the winter and they handled it promptly and efficiently. I starting using Carpet Cops years ago. I was going to replace my carpets as they were so dirty and would not get clean! John came in and cleaned them as one last try, and I still have those carpets! I use him exclusively! It is written in all my leases, my carpets are cleaner and they last longer! Also all of their products are Eco-​friendly!

We used them for the first time after using another company several times. I really wanted to compare the two companies and see which one did a better job.
Carpet Cops sent over two people who were both efficient and friendly. They use a brush type scrubber which did a much better job then just steam cleaning.
Our pathways which came clean both ways are still clean after Carpet Cops several weeks later. With the other company the pathways looked dirty and worn again after a week.
They’re prices are significantly higher then the previous company but I think the quality of the cleaning is well worth it.
