DO NOT USE. These guys are criminals. They illegally trespass and stayed in my house and were using it as their home when I wasn’t there, taking advantage of my being an absent home owner. Damages were never reported from tenants, and I had to absorb the cost. Forgot to leave out simple things– like toilet paper! generating multiple negative reviews online– the absolute worst case scenario. The floors were so dirty that a rag turned black on one wipe, the kitchen smelled like dirty water, and there were hairs all over the bathroom. Average response time to texts/​emails was 3 days. Never once followed a check list, and disappeared completely when I asked them for their 100% satisfaction guarantee refund on the two last cleanings– literally never emailed or texted me back to even acknowledge my emails/​texts, and getting busted for living at my house. Tried to overcharge me several times, creating a new price for a clean when we’d agreed on a price only a month prior, then adding in all kinds of unapproved additional charges. Beyond bold, and utterly horrific, the lowest of integrity. These guys are the nightmare of everything you hope never happens. I was so angry I had the police write up a report for trespassing, contacted the Better Business Bureau, and asked craigslist to remove their ads. DO NOT USE. This is the worst of the worst.

Would not recommend this company! At first they seem nice and honest but then you get charged twice as much as you were told. When we were trying to discuss why the large price increase, I was called profanities and hung up on. They charged my card anyhow and now I have to dispute through the bank. Bummer, I love spending money with local companies but this company does not value your business. Such a shame :-(

Clean, Green, and efficient. These folks are awesome and very trustworthy. They do a great job, plus a bunch of little touches that make it a 5 star. They have done my place twice. Once micro-​managed, and once with me absent. Both times were a perfect job.
