R&R Decorative Landscape open doors in 1986 serving the Tampa Bay Metro area. Started out as a full service landscape maintenance company. 1988 we were approached by an existing client to install their holiday lights. And it has taken off from there. Outdoor holiday lighting displays, led holiday lighting.

We now offer a full range of holiday lighting décor products to serve our clients. Giant Christmas Trees, Led lighting, custom christmas displays.

Computer design, installation, takedown, storage. Lease options.

We service both commercial and residential markets.

Ray Reed is the owner of an established business of decorative holiday lighting and decorative landscape services for residential and commercial properties. Reed has over 25 years experience in highlighting exterior properties from lawn and landscaping care to holiday décor and lights. Reed has specialized in green-​friendly, LED holiday lighting and decorations to offer a stand-​out and econonic-​value product for his customers. Reed oversees every job through a personalized service approach. His integrity and business ethics have resulted in loyal and happy customers.
