Called to see if we could get an estimate for a job, they’re near us and were also recommended by another local company we used for a different project. Called, had to leave a message– which was never returned. I get it if you’re busy, but a phone call to say that you’re scheduling out X weeks is better than a no-​call. Can’t comment on their work, because I’ll never use them.
