Vasey Commercial was founded in 1977 as a Merit Shop Contractor, dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality equipment available, superior quality installations and dependable follow-​up service.

Over the years, the Company has grown, expanded into new markets and has instituted finely tuned installation procedures to insure that our clients receive quality, trouble free installations.

Results Through Teamwork

We stress inter-​company teamwork to create defect free, on time results. We also commit ourselves to «on site» teamwork and we work cooperatively with the Owner, Architect, and Building Contractor as well as other subtrades. We have often been rated «Top-​Performing Contracto r» on our projects because of this commitment.

Who We Are and What We Do

We’re Designers. Our President, Bill Vasey, is a graduate Engineer with 33 years HVAC experience, and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin. We center our HVAC designs around the owner’s needs, and because we’re contractors, we’re particularly sensitive to the design’s impact on material and equipment costs, labor intensity, project completion requirements, and integration with other trades.
