Hey! Albion. Yeah, you! You’re getting cool, dude.
Yeah, little ol industrial Albion is on the up and one sure way to figure that out is the opening of cafes with swagger like Fonzie Abbott. While it may also be home to their roastery, we can’t blame them for wanting to share the space with locals and coffee hunters alike? The interior is warehouse chic with tones of navy and copper throughout. Their house blends run through the coffee machine and basic café eats are available.
If you’re fan of locally roasted brews in exceptionally hip & cool settings, I challenge you to a visit to Fonzie.

What an epic place! I was lucky enough to experience Fonzie Abbott Espresso for the first time on their grand opening day.
The place itself is situated on Fox St, right near Brother Rugby Union club. The setting inside is a mixed between old and new with some awesome little touches all over the place.
I especially appreciated the copper handrails that ran up and down the staircase. The staircase was also littered with some amazing coastal photos and paintings which kind of made me want to drive straight to the beach!
As for the coffee it was delicious… As I expected. I had the ‘Bom’ blend which was their blend of the month.
I will definitely be returning here.
