without doubt this is my favourite fish and chip shop. Whether it’s a piece of Red Emperor or some Whiting the fish here is always fresh and battered very well with a nice crispy exterior that’s not too greasy or dry… its perfect
I can’t go here without getting some squid to go with my fish n chips. The staff here are a friendly bunch and highly organised. You won’t be disappointed

Hands down, Lures is my favourite Fish ‘n Chippa. The batter is by far the best. I think it’s the good quality oil that is used. I want to move closer to them just so that I can call them my local. I can see a vision of me in my 80’s walking down to pickup the catch of the day from these lovely peeps. Long live Lures!
