Maybe to draw in a new crowd, maybe to justify their high prices, Nandos everywhere seem to going through a serious identity change. The new restaurants look fresh and modern with splashes of wood panelling to keep it rustic but it’s hard to get away from the fact that Nandos is still a fast food joint. Don’t get me wrong, I am a massive fan of the food but I still feel it is pricey for what you get.

Although waiting to be served by one girl on the register we finally ordered our meal. After about 15 mins my meal(Paella) arrived but no meal for my boyfriend. Faux Pas ! If seating together meals should arrive together not 15 mins apart. Apart from that our meals were delicious !!!

I used to frequent this Nandos as it was close to my work at the time. Back then it used to be good. Whilst the service was quick my burger and chips were terrible, bun was stale and browned on the grill on the inside to the point of almost being burnt, chips were also bad. Not up to the standard that I’m used to for Nandos. I gave it two stars as my friend who ordered the chicken tenders enjoyed hers and the service was quick. I won’t go back there anytime soon. Very disappointing. There’s also no toilet inside, never noticed that before.

Christina A is on the money. This is far from being my favourite Nando’s but I do end up at this one on occasion. After a few experiences of, «Hang on, this isn’t quite right.» and one case of possible food poisoning, I’ve learned to keep the orders as simple as possible to minimise the probability of errors. This place has an incredibly high turnover of serving staff. Sure, all food places have a high turnover, but this place especially. The staff seem to be all teenagers and any time I’ve seen the supervising staff, they’ve been attached to their mobile phones. I’ve even seen the guy cooking the chicken on his mobile. They also have a tendency to run out of menu items. Not any particular ones, it just happens. The standard wait time at this Nando’s is 15 minutes when not busy. If it is busy, this can blow out to 30 minutes.

Every time I end up at Nandos Myaree I am reminded of why I should never go back. I went in for lunch and was barely greeted by the cashier, I had to go back and ask her for my drink after my food arrived because it had been forgotten. It took a few minutes for her to even realise I was standing there at which point she sighed and handed me a drink. There were only a few staff members on as it was not that busy and I don’t think there was a manager or supervisor there as both the girls on the counter were having a fairly inappropriate conversation in earshot of the customers and one of them was periodically on her mobile phone. I realise they are casual staff and teenagers, but it seems they do need to be supervised. The extra star is for the food, which did come out fairly quickly and because I have a deep love for Nandos chicken! I just felt unwelcome and like an inconvenience — I would rather drive 10 minutes to the next Nandos than ever eat here again.
