I miss you couture cupcakes! You brought so much joy to my life and my stomach.
I really do hope that you reopen another store sometime soon.

The cupcakes here are amazing! If you love rich, decadent and fluffy cupcakes, you have to try these. The location is a bit odd (unless you live in Bardon, which I don’t) but trust me, it is worth the drive (it’s not like Bardon is far from the city anyway).
The service is really friendly and efficient. No Complaints!

Dreamy, fluffy, pink, whimsical. These are all words that come to mind when I think of Couture Cupcakes. It’s every sweet tooth’s dream to walk into a place that treats cupcakes and icing like an art. Is this place cupcake heaven? You bet.
The cupcakes themselves are just so artful and glorious that you don’t want to ruin them by eating them. Buying cupcakes from Couture Cupcakes makes the world sparkle and for me, added a massive spring in my step.
The outdoor eating area is so adorable with intricately designed white chairs that look like they belong in the Secret Garden, and the whole façade of the place is concentrated in pink or pink and white candy stripes. It just makes me think of doilies and croquet and Daisy Buchanan and if eating all these cupcakes wouldn’t make me an elephant, I’d be there every day for a sneaky coffee and cake.
There are different cupcake flavours every day, baked on site, and when I popped in I came away with cookies and cream and choc vanilla. The choc vanilla was supposed to be for my friend but I was going to see her about 3 hours after I’d bought the cupcakes so it’s safe to say, she wasn’t going to make it in time. I bit into mine and couldn’t believe how light and fluffy it was. Then of course, I devoured it in about two mouthfuls because they are ridiculously moreish.
They even have gorgeous little cartoons of their cupcakes on their website so you can browse away and decide on your treat early.
My next dinner party, I know what I’m bringing. I’m going to bring a stack of cupcakes from Couture Cupcakes and pass them off as my own, though no one will believe me.
