Established by Tracey Hough in 2007, First Class Strata Services is solely focused on strata management. We are not distracted by other commercial interests.

This specialist focus translates to personalised service based on a deep level of industry expertise, thorough knowledge of current regulatory requirements and personalised service. It also enables us to be flexible and cost competitive.

Our industry-​accredited strata managers are qualified to the highest level and adhere to best practice guidelines established by Strata Community Australia (WA).

We ensure that we are fully informed of all legislative developments and continually update our skill sets.

Established in 2007.

First Class Strata Services was established by Tracey Hough in 2007 after Tracey identified a gap in the market for independent, high quality strata services in the Perth and Peel regions.

Tracey made the move into real estate in 2001, starting out in real estate sales and property management before finding her niche in strata management.

While working in real estate, Tracey observed that strata management was often treated as the poor cousin. It lacked knowledgeable and quality staff.

After identifying this gap in the market for independent, high quality strata services in the Perth and Peel regions, Tracey established First Class Strata Services in 2007.

The company’s portfolio has grown significantly as a result of her commitment to service and best practice.

Her strata management training has been obtained from REIWA, SCA WA and additional specialist courses. Tracey has also completed her Cert IV in Property Services (Operations) to attain level 2 accreditation through the SCA WA.
