History
Established in 1989.
Having started out from a rather modest set-up and no experience, Franco Preo then sought out as much professional training as he could, delving over the years into colour restoration, stain removal, odour control, Health and environmental cleaning, water damage remediation, oriental rug cleaning, initiating and helping to establish the Carpet Cleaning Association of WA (Inc) as well as serving on a raft of other committees, all with the intent of raising professionalism within the industry as well as in himself. He now continues to develop his business with his technician Ben, as well continuing in his role as a trainer and assessor for the industry.

1988 — Purchased Fresh Aire Carpet Cleaning, basic training from Vendor.
1995 –Started formal training in carpet, upholstery cleaning
1996 — Water damage, Stain removal, redyeing courses undertaken
1997 — Water damage restoration (advanced) course
2000 — Completed all 3 HECS modules (Health and Environmental Cleaning Solutions)
2001 — ACCI marketing
2003 — Helped initiate the Green Stamp project
2004 — «Flotex» training
2005 — Attained «Master Technician» status, achieved Cert II Asset Maintenance, became advisor to Tri-Training
2006 — Awarded «Carpet Cleaner of the Year Award» by BSCWAA
2007 — IICRC Odour Control, Woolsafe accreditation achieved
2008 — Cert IV in Training and Assessment TAA40104
2009 — Became a Registered WoolSafe Inspector
2010 — Started as trainer for Daniels Associates, completed Cert III in Asset Maintenance
2011 — IICRC Oriental rug cleaning course
2013 — Cert IV Training and Assessment + FAF Leather restoration
2014 — Started «Preo Training», took on Ben
