This green grocers has changed hands and is now called Europa.
Large store with a good selection of produce
Prices are consistent with similar stores (eg: the Coolstore in Dorset Rd)
Now has a delicatessen as you walk in with a great choice in cheeses and home made sausages
Other goodies offered and frequently on special such as pasta, canned goods, continental biscuits and tea/​coffee
Plenty of close parking right out the front
Right next door to NQR which is handy for picking up other bargains
Try their smoked bacon bones from the refrigerated section… excellent for making winter soups!

Get Fresh is a large Fruit & Vegetable shop that also stocks a bunch of household essentials.
Primarily a fruit & veg store, the produce is always fresh and the prices comparable. The upside is that you’ll get a fresher range than your local supermarket, and none of the sprays and pesticides used.
Also stocking bread, milk, and other random items like crisps, baked beans and sauces, Get Fresh aim to cover most of your shopping under the one roof.
Get Fresh also have chef Gabriel Gate as an ambassador, and have a range of his menus available for free near the register.
