Major credit to the Store Manager. She rang my wife and apologized for the stuff up. She offered a make good which was to have the opportunity for them to do a full replacement order. We decided to give them another go but this time we did go and pick it up ourselves. Food was great, exactly what we ordered and the manager genuinely seemed to want to make good on the poor experience we previously had. We will be back but will never do delivery with them again as it takes too long to sort out if something goes wrong with the order.
