Rocked in early(around 5.30pm local time) for dinner with a group of 12 and got seats in front of the grill — service was very prompt and friendly, and the menu had a great range to choose from. Very kid friendly menu too. I went the fusion option with kangaroo Teppanyaki with hot and spicy sauce and it was fantastic. I am no expert but the miso soup was also very tasty The Teppanyaki show was low key but effective, the onion ring volcano was something I hadn’t seen before but was certainly impressive! Highly recommended!

Feeling conscious of the number of 5 stars that I’m giving out today but this is hands down THEBEST teppanyaki experience(s) that I have ever had. Every time I go to the Gold Coast I program it into my schedule to come to this place, but make sure you get the young chef Brett(if he still works there). This kid blindfolds himself and throws around knives with the skill of Bruce Lee playing ping pong with nunchuks!!! In between servings he performs a mesmerising display that makes your food go cold because you can’t take your eyes off it! Worth it just for the entertainment value.

One of my favourites. The best value Tepanyaki on the Gold Coast. It is across from the Oasis in Broadbeach. Miso soup, salad and choose your meat. I have never seen the chefs do the tepanyaki entertainment here but I suggest you go somewhere else of you want to see tricks in the kitchen — however, you will pay a premium for that kind of entertainment.
