Great little café in Butler. Food is delish and the breakfasts are scrummies! They do a good coffee too.

What a fantastic local spot in the heart of Little Britain! Surrounded by English fare and pubs, this authentic Italian place is run by the eponymous Carlo and his wife, who are clearly very hands on and passionate about what they do. The duck pasta was a special menu addition for the opera-themed night, complete with soprano entertainer. The pasta and entrée courses filled my belly… then the mains came out. It was humongous! Two stuffed chicken breasts with mash and salad. Fortunately, they allowed a «doggy bag» so was able to take it home. I had a bite of dessert — a lemon meringue– which was nice, but not tart enough for my taste. Our dining companions often come here for breakfast and rave about the scrambled eggs. We’ll have to return to give it a go.

I live in. Butler and I love this café. The food is great and very very well Priced. There’s nothing else around even close to go to, so I’m glad the new owners are making it their own. I think you will find the owner is Italian and his georgous wife is Thai hence the Buddha and fountain :) coffee is great and i love the bacon and egg burgers. We often get takeaway dinner as well when we don’t feel like cooking and it’s all packaged as good as if you dined in. They now also have a large range of panini for lunch. Yummo !

My second trip here and although they’ve updated the décor and are now playing some background jazz, there are still a couple of issues; * Again, I didn’t get any water after asking for it. * Opening hours still aren’t listed on the door. * There is now a large wall effectively separating the restaurant in half? The food is consistent quality however, and the Gen Y serving was friendly enough.
