It was such a good dessert shop! We shared the deep fried gaytime ice cream, oreo brownie sundae and tim tam frappé and i couldnt fault any off it! Well worth the calories!

My favorite local dessert chocolate bar. We always come here after dinner in the area as they make great desserts and drinks! They’ve got 2 stores — Canley Heights and Cabramatta. This time I went to the Cabramatta one. I usually get the big sundaes to share. 4 scoops of ice cream topped with chocolate and nuts/fruit — the whole lot. So good but too scared to think about the calories. They also have fried ice cream which is a popular choice. I went for something lighter this time: Pat & Sticks caramel pecan ice cream sandwich. They plate it for you and put extra fudge over it. What the Fudge! Check it out if you’re out in the west

Great coffees at reasonable prices. It’s the dessert drinks which blow me away. Served in mason jars, they’re artworks(and heart attacks too haha). I’ve ordered the iced coffee with cream and a friend ordered the gaytime which comes with the ice cream on top. Priced at $ 6/$ 6.50, it’s reasonable. I can’t eat the waffles(not gluten free) but I’ve seen it been ordered regularly so much be good.

My head is saying yes! But my anus says NO! This is the place every chocolate lover should go! This place gets packed quick and takes awhile for their yummy treats to come out but it’s worth the wait. everything is moderate priced. can’t wait to come back out and try more desserts

The description on the menu was better than the delivery of the dessert. Not a bad place overall but I have had better.

So before this whole cronut phase exploded, i do believe there was a bit of a fried gaytime phase blowing up on my facebook and instagram timeline, which was epically EPIC! ITWASGINORMOUSLY awesome seeing these fried creations unfolding in front of my eyes; and when something unfolds in front of me, i need to try it at least one time! There are a few fried gaytimes floating around in the social world out there but one that really caught my eye was ‘What The Fudge’. I have posted my pictures on Unilocal of my one time venture at this place and as you can see, its hard to refuse for the first time! I was abit confused because there were a few people who checked in the Canley Heights location and the Cabra location, they’re both next to eachother! Then i later found out, theres one in both locations on their main streets, which is weird, because they’re both really close to eachother. I went to the Cabra location. Great for small groups, not for big groups but it doesnt stop you from pulling a few tables and chairs to make ends meet! What really strikes me as you walk in the door is their awesome menu. Their menu is a huge black chalk board(check out the photo i posted). Its actually quite clever. Its a huge blackboard so you can see it from every angle, and we had front row seats to their amazing diverse treats that they had to offer. They have an amazing menu! You can tell its an asian dessert menu when they have unique, bald, obscure flavours to offer like pandan, lychee, durian, marsbar, snickers… all in the form of either a tower of waffles or fried icecream! The best! I shared a nutella waffles and their FAMOUS deep fried gaytime with 2 of my mates. Each of us tried a frappé as well. They have amazing flavours to add to their dessert line, so make sure to try it out as well. We ordered the tim tam, white chocolate and passionfruit frappé. Ok, so to be honest with you, i was expecting a bit more than the hype. Everybody loves waffles with a bit of sauce on it, i mean, the most diabetic of DIABETICS would most likely want to die over a good waffle dish, but these were A-OK only. The waffle itself was a bit hard so it may have been a bad night where the chef may have over cooked it a bit, and the nutella waffles was simply waffles smothered with a layer of nutella. Because it was already hard, the nutella didn’t make it any softer, so it kind of made the overall dish a bit too dry. You kind of want your sauce a bit runny to balance out the dry crunchiness of the waffle, but because it was just smothered with a thin layer of nutella(nutella consistency is not saucy, more thick!) it made the overall dish abit too cardboard-like! It was served with a generous portion of strawberries, bananas and a dollop of icecream. So, whoever is an icecream lover knows exactly what a gaytime icecream is. A Golden Gaytime is a toffee and vanilla icecream dipped in compound chocolate and WRAPPED in honeycomb biscuits(i think i need a bib wrapped around my mouth when i typed that sentence). This was my exact expectation before the dish appeared on our table. They got the vanilla and toffee part right, but i think the chocolate and honeycomb biscuit aspect was a bit of a fail. It just looked like a normal asian fried icecream wrapped in pastry and sprinkled with chocolate and a few pieces of honey comb. It was a bit of a let down, i’m sorry. It was still nice though, we still ate the whole thing, but being a massive food, café and dessert critic, it didn’t meet my standards. But hey, it was A-OK, and given their exciting array of desserts, drinks and coffee, i am sure to come back and try out their other items, which would hopefully increase their score from a 3 to a 4 out of 5 :-) enjoy xoxo

Came here after work since walking past it many times to go some where else we finally decided to cons in here and try it out. We were not disappointed. Their menu ranges from coffees and teas to smoothies to deep fried golden gay times waffles and even Caesar salads. Something for everyone I had a coconut fruit shake and mango ice cream. Which were delicious my friend had a fried golden gay time and cheesey fries which he rated as awesome! Over all it’s pretty awesome I’ll be coming back! Only con is cabramatta parking isn’t the best so you might have to walk a bit to get there.
