My favourite Vietnamese cheap-​all-​rounder-​eatery has finally expanded… Finally! So those of you who are familiar with Tuong Lai in Cabramatta will appreciate that you now can park with more ease and still have great Vietnamese fare without waiting in queue (until the word gets out).
So I was sitting there waiting for my order to get taken, the waiter comes out and I’m sure that I’ve seen him at Tuong Lai, and Lo behold, when asked, it was confirmed they’ve finally (after about 30 odd years) opened this new establishment.
So all my favs when I got the old country craving are now available in canley heights… Made my day!
I confirmed this to be true when I took my first helping of the Com Tam Dac Biet — Broken Rice Special. I know that flavour from anywhere… Cannot wait to try the rest.
PS. Don’t expect ambience, this is a place to purely satisfy taste buds. Like most traditional eateries it’s all about the food!
