I signed up for semi-private personal training sessions a couple of weeks ago and have been extremely impressed with the initial consultation and training sessions so far! The first four sessions are 1on 1 so the trainers can introduce you to the routines and equipment used and make sure you master the correct techniques. Then you join a small group, where the training is very personalised. I have had Sam, Mark and Allen as trainers and they have all been fantastic, very supportive, checking in that I’m ok, and pushing me just enough. I’ve enjoyed all my sessions so far and have gained a lot of confidence, and I have learned a lot about my body in a short space of time, with my trainers helping me see that I don’t have mobility issues as I though I did, that my core just needs to be strengthened. The gym itself is available 24/7, with decently long hours of staff available Monday to Saturday. Parking has never been a problem on the mornings I have been there, and the modern equipment is readily available. There is a water fountain as well as a vending machine with water and protein drinks and bars.
