The burgers and chips were really nice although the waitress serving us seemed to be on something, she appeared visibly affected by a substance, her arms were also covered in sores which was very unpleasant to be served food from, it really put myself and all my family members off of eating our meals. she also spoke very fast and was quite fidgety. it was very unsettling and off-​putting. Other customers sitting near us also appeared to notice her odd/​drug affected behaviour as they were staring at her strangely. Her drug affected behaviour was very obvious and we could not believe that the manager would even hire, let alone let someone in that state work there and serve food.

Quick and easy ordering though the cashier wasn’t the friendliest. Looking for a table, it was hard to find one that was cleared from previous diners. Food arrived quickly and was presented well. Burgers were tasty however the chips were a little overcooked. Feel as though the staff lack enthusiasm which is reflected in the service.

Always amazed at how one persons bad day can effect your experience. Moved tables out of the thoroughfare right after ordering and promptly got told of by the server. Apparently my food won’t find me, even when I said I am happy to inform the kitchen.
Food great, service great, one server staff members attitude disappointing.

We were served quickly but food arrived cold. When waitress delivered our food she suggested we took extra apple juice from the refrigerator (the children’s meals contained juice boxes as it turns out). We stated that we specifically asked if the drinks were to be delivered or taken from the fridge and were told to take them from the fridge, she continued to push the point indicating that the server surely would have known and told us. Left a very poor impression and is some of the worst customer service I have had in sometime at a family restaurant. I will be thinking twice before returning.

Great way to reward yourself for battling through a late night shopping experience at Carohell.
Reasonably priced, consistent burgers. Moist meat patties and generous with the additions. Hits the spot after watching a few episodes of Bob’s Burgers. I particularly like the goat’s cheese and hummus lamb burger. Hubby loves the crispy bacon and cheese.
Fast food that’s real food is always a winner. Beer and wine available which makes it better. People watching at Carousel always provides amusement.

Love the restaurant, this one has a choice of weather you sit inside or out. They are licensed which makes it even better after a long day at work.
And they donate to local groups Wich is always great

I really like the interior of all the Grilld restaurants they all are pretty dark with pendant lighting and wood features. I love that it is licensed as well and there is a large seating area. The restaurant that used to be there was Box 3 which was exactly the same and run by the same people as Hans 10 meters away so it’s good to have something different. There are no other burger places at carousel.
The burgers themselves are great but i have trouble trying new things once I find something I love and I definitely love the Moroccan Lamb burger!
The only thing I find is once you have a burger and add on chips and a drink it ends up being pretty expensive. Might as well go somewhere a bit different to eat instead of a chain restaurant.

A place where burgers are not only yummy when you look at them, but really tasty and big !! French fries are rustic style and tastes like real potatoes…
I took the Wild Wild West burger with big fries, standard not the sweet potato one…
Just before the movie… Good !!

Just like all the other Grill’ds. Good, simple, tasty burgers for a reasonable price. Great options for GF or completely grain free. Great before or after a movie.
