I’ve now visited both locations in Parramatta and Castle Towers. Both times, I didn’t like my haircut and didn’t feel that the staff listened to how I wanted it cut. I thought I would get better results with this location as I heard good things about it and this location was better maintained than the Parra one (though the workstation here was still not up to «professional» standards in my opinion). Same results though; they don’t wash your hair before hand as they should, the cut is not even for my cut, and they don’t seem to take their time (20 mins). Not worth the $ 35.
