I’ve walked pass in the past and they always had a long queue outside so today I thought I’d see why they are so busy. The sushi seemed no better or worse than most I’ve tried. I do note they have brown rice for one choice which is surprise.

Wow wow wow, I have to say quite a few places are worth lining up for, this is surely one of them. There is a line almost every time I order however the experienced servers churn through customers at a rapid pace. The sushi, inari and nigiri are absolutely divine. I recommend the grilled scallop nigiri and octopus inari. Definitely the best sushi at Castle Hill Towers.

This place has a queue formed each lunch time. It also has some pretty interesting offerings too. It is not cheap but I decided to pick up something early for lunch and take it home.
