I belong to Fitness First but I am thinking of joining another gym. Fitness First is fine but I don’t get the individual help I need or the motivation that really helps. I popped in to Vision fitness to see what they have to offer and it looks good. They work out a plan for you and you have a personal trainer looking after you. They monitor you and keep the motivation up. If you go to their website they even offer you recipes and they look good. You have to cook anyway so why not try one of their recipes. They are a lot smaller with shop front stores and not big gymnasiums which is good if you’re not so proud of your body shape. They have a lot of franchises all over Sydney, there are three in my area alone. I am thinking about joining because of health problems not because of weight and I think having you’re own trainer would be better than a general gym.
