I know it’s a bit strange reviewing a real estate agency but in my experience it has been hard to find a good one. With a few run-​ins in the past it was a relief to deal with the agents at Noël Jones in Caulfield as they were respectful and probably the nicest agents I’ve met. They are great to deal with and make the renting battle as painless as possible. One upsetting fact is that they keep spelling my name wrong, bringing haunting memories of bullies at school purposely changing my name to be mean :(
Luckily, I’ve grown up and I moved on where they were very apologetic and will hopefully stay as being the best agency I’ve dealt with.
