Yeah, all pretty good here. They’ve got excellent excellent service with staff that know exactly what is what. That is, until they accidentally sell you a fridge instead of a freezer. I was in here the other day for a bar fridge and received wonderful recommendations on this and that before finally deciding on one particular stand-​out bar freezer. So, we finished off the rest of the shopping and went to go pick it up.
We get to the warehouse and experience fast service by the staff on duty. We get the freezer box in the car and head back. Only then did we realise after setting the whole appliance up that it was indeed a fridge. We did not get what we payed for, literally. This was easily resolved though with a quick visit (because they wouldn’t call me back) and return of the fridge. Soon enough, we had that brand spanking new freezer set and ready to go.

See Suresh, one of the nicest sales reps at Harvey Norman that I have ever spoken to. He also really knows his stuff, and won’t bullshit you if he by chance doesn’t. A true professional.
Harvey Norman Chadstone is right next to Officeworks which is super convenient for price matching but obviously Harvey Norman sells a lot more of a range of things than Officeworks. This is one of the largest Harvey Normans I have been to and you can take use of their underground parking if it is a rainy day.
They recently got a range of fitness tools which is worth looking at, I use one called the FitBit Ultra but the newer ones sync with your iPhone for workout stats on the go.

This Harvey Norman in the Chadstone area is a superstore. There is a large entrance under a humongous ‘Harvery Norman’ sign so it’s pretty hard to miss. This superstore specializes in its furniture department, offering a large range of good quality sofas, beds and tables/​cabinets. Most of the furniture offered in stores are made in Australia of quality wood. There is also a large range of outdoor furniture on display.
This store isn’t just furniture, there is a separate area/​room dedicated to all things electronic. Computers, TV’s, kitchen appliances, white goods, hairdryers-​all your standard items can be found here.
If you’re looking for a one-​stop shop for household items, this is the Harvey Norman to be at. This giant superstore is sure to have whatever it is your looking for.
