I’m a fan though I haven’t received my bed yet, I have visited two seperate Snooze stores and each time I’ve received excellent and diligent customer service.
We tested out the bed match system and our guide showed us several options and helped us understand how/​each one was different.
With great service, and good negotiation skills I am glad to say my new bed is arriving on Friday and will update on the quality of the bed after a few snuggled nights in.
